Loreto Ministries faced challenges with disorganized, outdated, and inconsistently branded information spread across multiple locations, leading to excessive documentation requests.

This impacted the Communications Department, Loreto Ministries, Province & MWIA Staff, and Sisters, resulting in unnecessary support time, unprofessional appearance due to lack of consistent branding, and risks from using outdated information.

Solution

The project aimed to centralise documents and materials in SharePoint Online, ensuring consistent branding, ease of use, and up-to-date information. It comprised three main components: SharePoint Online for file storage with specific metadata, an Admin Portal using IdentityServer 4 for user authorization, and a Search Portal built with Microsoft Blazor using Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API for content filtering.
